Traffic Acquisition Analyst / Marketing Analyst

We are an international company, XPN Network, focused on developing and promoting our own projects in the mobile applications market.

We are currently looking for a mobile application traffic acquisition analyst who will help media buyers find working combinations faster, eliminate inefficient patterns, and accelerate traffic payback.

We already have basic services: the Binom tracker, Adapty analytics, and a custom-built server that connects applications to Binom. We need a person who can build a strong analytical function on this foundation and turn data into clear signals for the acquisition team.

What you will be doing:

• Build a transparent system for evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of advertising traffic acquisition based on data from external services;
• Analyze the results of traffic acquisition by sources and geo;
• Form a metric architecture tailored to acquisition tasks;
• Identify negative patterns and combinations that do not provide the required payback, and promptly relay this information to media buyers;
• Find positive patterns across campaigns, sources, and geo, and give signals for scaling;
• Help the media buying team make more accurate and faster decisions through analytics, insights, and recommendations;
• Build dashboards and a key performance indicator monitoring system;
• Work at the intersection of the tracker, product analytics, and internal technical solutions.

What is important for us:

• Experience in performance marketing / mobile user acquisition analytics;
• Understanding of traffic acquisition metrics and mobile applications economics;
• Ability to work with data and quickly find growth points and declines;
• Experience in building dashboards, reporting, and a metric system;
• Ability not just to collect data, but to turn it into clear recommendations for media buying;
• Required experience with trackers, postback logic, internal BI/server solutions, and analytical integrations.
