🚀 Looking for a Traffic Analyst (mobile apps / media buying)

We are XPN Network, an international team that creates and scales mobile applications.

Now we are looking for an analyst who will become the "brain" of media buying and help to find working combinations faster, cut ineffective traffic, and accelerate payback.

What needs to be done:

• analyze purchases by sources and geo
• find profitable and loss-making combinations
• provide clear signals: what to scale, and what to turn off
• build dashboards and a system of metrics
• turn data into concrete decisions for the team

Important:

• experience in performance / mobile UA
• understanding of metrics (CPI, LTV, ROI)
• experience with trackers (e.g., Binom), postbacks, and analytics
• the ability not just to look at numbers, but to influence the result
