VIP Sales Supervisor

🔥 We are looking for a VIP Sales Supervisor 🔥 If you live and breathe analytics, understand VIP player behavior, and want to influence the development of the top segment – this role is for you. 💼 What you will do: 📊 Daily analysis of the gaming activity of TOP-VIP clients by region 📈 Tracking top players and communication with regional teams 🎯 Control of TOP-VIP activation and reactivation 🚀 Identifying growth opportunities, retention, and development of the VIP base 🧩 Developing mechanics for nurturing VIP gaming 📝 Regular analytics and reports on the VIP segment ⚠️ Identifying anomalies and risks in client activity 🤖 Implementing AI tools for analysis and automation ✅ Quality control of the VIP product 🤝 Collaboration with Product, Analytics, Operations, and regions ⚡️ Ad-hoc tasks: OSINT, calls, migrations, operational handover of VIP functions 🛠 What you need: 🎮 Deep understanding of the product and player behavior patterns 📌 Ability to set technical specifications and critically analyze metrics 📊 Basic skill in working with dashboards 🤖 Subject matter expertise in using AI tools 🕵️ Understanding of player fraud patterns 💬 Experience in VIP communication
