Industrial and metallurgical holding AKRON HOLDING is looking for an Executive Director.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the company's strategic development plan;
- Formation and leadership of the company's management team;
- Establishment of corporate culture and values;
- Management of the company's financial, operational, and human resources;
- Making key decisions on business expansion, introduction of new products and services;
- Maintaining relationships with shareholders, investors, government bodies, and partners;
- Reporting to the board of directors and shareholders;
- Risk and crisis management.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics or Law (MBA or equivalent preferred);
- Over 6 years of experience in leadership and top management positions, preferably in a similar industry;
- Knowledge of modern business technologies and process digitalization;
- Ability to build long-term strategies and implement projects;
- Deep understanding of the financial and legal aspects of the company's activities;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Ability to work under high responsibility.
