Certification Specialist / Sales Manager

SERTKOM SERVICE is a company in the field of product certification and goods labeling. We help entrepreneurs and companies obtain the necessary documents and solve issues with mandatory product labeling.

We are actively developing our sales department and are looking for a Sales Manager who wants to earn well and grow with the company.

What you will do

• Process incoming applications; • Conduct negotiations with entrepreneurs and companies; • Identify client needs; • Select suitable certification and labeling solutions; • Present services and close deals; • Handle objections; • Manage clients in CRM; • Make repeat sales and upselling; • Transfer the client to the support department after closing the deal.

Important: this is not a call center operator job. We do not sell "blindly" – the client comes with a specific task that needs to be solved.

Who we are looking for

We need a person who:

• loves sales and wants to earn; • can communicate effectively with people; • is not afraid of calls and negotiations; • can ask questions and identify needs; • is capable of handling objections; • is result-oriented; • is ready to learn new things.

Experience in certification is not required – we will train you in all product-specific necessities.

Experience in B2B, service sales, working with entrepreneurs, marketplaces, certification, or "Chestny Znak" will be an advantage.
