Who we are looking for: A strong leader with experience in B2B sales of equipment (engineering / industrial / construction), who knows how to manage long deals with decision-makers, build trust, and systematically grow sales. Tasks: • attracting new clients and developing the client base • conducting negotiations and closing complex deals • managing and developing the team (KPI, motivation) • building and optimizing the sales system (CRM, analytics) • expanding sales geography Requirements: • B2B sales experience of 3+ years (equipment / industrial segment) • confident negotiations at the decision-maker level • experience in managing long deals and handling objections • experience in building a sales system and team management • readiness for occasional business trips
