In Dodo Brands, they are looking for a Head of Development for the Volga Federal District, who will build long-term partnerships, enhancing the effectiveness of the existing network and its development.
This is a position for a leader who knows how to work with investors, develop partners, and ensure systemic growth through a franchise model.
Candidate expectations:
- Experience in public catering or retail; experience with a franchise model will be a plus;
- Communication skills: win & win negotiation skills, diplomacy, empathy;
- Experience in regional development, market expansion, business development;
- Leadership and responsibility, readiness to make decisions based on data and common sense;
- Basic knowledge of economics (understanding of unit economics), legal norms, and marketing metrics;
- Experience in project management and change implementation;
- High level of emotional intelligence and mental flexibility.
What you will do:
- Formulate and implement a development strategy for the franchise network and brand presence in the regions of Russia;
- Identify priority locations for development (assessment of marketing potential, competitive environment, assistance in selecting premises, formation of a financial model, etc.);
- Search for and conduct negotiations with potential partners (large investors from 30 million rubles);
- Meet opening targets in accordance with the development strategy;
- Build relationships with existing franchise partners: communication through regular work, surveys, meetings, involving partners in initiatives, partner council;
- Advise franchisees on management, operational activities, and marketing;
- Analyze the effectiveness of the franchise network by region/partner;
- Manage a team of territorial managers in the regions: hiring, development, motivation.
