We are looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to work with warm leads, deeply understand the client, and close deals. This is a role for those who already have their point of reference in sales, work for results, and want to earn through the value of the product.
✏️ Who we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in B2C high-ticket sales (average check from 1-3K); B2B experience is also relevant;
- A proactive manager who offers improvements, has developed cross-functional interaction skills, and takes ownership of results;
- Ability to deeply diagnose client needs, handle objections, and close deals;
- Ability to accelerate the sales cycle (from 3 to 7 days instead of 14-18 days);
- A structured, systematic approach to working with clients and colleagues;
- English proficiency at B2 level.
💼 It will be a plus:
- Highly desirable experience in selling complex intellectual products (e.g., in BigTech, consulting, etc.);
- Experience with long sales cycles (14+ days) and their optimization;
- Experience in HR-tech or knowledge of EU, UK, and US labor markets;
- Experience in fast-growing teams or startups.
📋 What you will do:
- Interact with potential clients after marketing campaigns, acting as their first consultant and deal owner;
- Conduct meetings in a career consulting format: deeply understand the client's context and translate their request into product value for successful sales and long-term cooperation;
- Identify client goals, help formulate requests for the career team, and present suitable solutions;
- Manage the sales cycle and reduce the client's decision-making time to 3-7 days instead of 14-18 days through sales skills;
- Formulate individual offers, following regulations and stated terms of the offer;
- Act as a Rolevia ambassador: handle objections, convincingly communicate product value, and strengthen client trust;
- Collect and provide feedback on products to the Rolevia team for continuous improvement;
- Analyze the funnel and conversions in CRM, identify growth points, and systematically increase sales efficiency;
- Participate in team processes and influence the development of funnels, sales processes, and client experience.
