The payment service Pay with the World is looking for a Head of Card Product Sales.
Pay with the World is a fintech solution that allows instant virtual card issuance for paying for foreign services and purchases abroad. Users can pay for subscriptions, make online purchases, travel, and manage their finances without restrictions.

- They are launching the sale of plastic cards from a foreign bank and are looking for someone to take full P&L responsibility for the product line: from market entry strategy to building distribution channels and scaling issuance. This is a role for an entrepreneur within the company — you will be responsible for ensuring that cards end up in customers' wallets.
What you will do:
- Build and lead the plastic card sales department from scratch: develop a GTM strategy, define target segments and product unit economics.
- Build an acquisition system — affiliate network, referral mechanics, offline channels, ambassador programs. In conjunction with the CMO, traffic acquisition.
- Hire and develop a team of sales managers, account managers, and partner managers.
- Manage the funnel from lead to activated cardholder, responsible for key metrics: CAC, activation rate, TPV per card, retention.
- Work closely with product, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
Candidate expectations:
- 5+ years of experience in selling financial products, preferably with direct responsibility for card issuance — in a bank, neobank, payment system, or fintech startup.
- Proven track record of scaling issuance (tens and hundreds of thousands of cards).
- Understanding of card business economics: interchange, FX margin, cost of plastic, cardholder lifetime.
- Experience building a team of 5+ people and working with related functions.
