Junior Provisioning Manager (Telecom SaaS Platform)

Almaty Schedule: 12 PM–9 PM or 2 PM–11 PM, 5 days/week 2 positions available Salary: 250,000–300,000 KZT gross + free lunches, equipment, medical insurance & some education allowance

Responsibilities: • Check number availability, functionality and spam status • Keep inventory updated for client self-purchase • Coordinate with Sales, Support and managers • Verify number prefixes, formats and supplier updates • Handle complex requests and communicate with clients • Maintain accurate internal documentation

Requirements: • English B2+ • Attention to detail & strong focus • Basic IT, data scraping tools or telecom knowledge • Willingness to learn — we’ll teach you the rest!
