Responsibilities: — Form a pool of external and internal IT experts (including AI), manage their quality — Work with top management of the Bank and clients: identify needs, agree on KPIs, manage risks — Engage in marketing and pre-sales: prepare presentations, webinars, case studies, and interact with the marketing department — Control portfolio economics: budgeting, estimates, margin control — Analyze effectiveness through LMS data, NPS/CSI, and implement improvements   — 4+ years of experience in corporate training or EdTech, including 2+ years as a team lead — Successful experience in launching educational products internally or to the market — Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, online and offline course production, LMS experience — English B1/B2 will be an advantage
