Company: International arbitration team (Tier-1 market)
Responsibilities
- Creation of a farm department from scratch
- Hiring and training a team of farmers (5-10 people)
Process setup:
- purchase of consumables, account warm-up, transfer to buyers
- scaling to issue 50-100 accounts per week
- working with suppliers (socials, BM, accounts, proxies)
- working with selfies, bans at all levels, appeals, card errors
- process automation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of personal Facebook* farming experience
- Knowledge of anti-detect browsers (Dolphin, AdsPower, Octobrowser), which browser to build infrastructure on
- understanding which proxies, VPNs, and providers to use for working from the Russian Federation and other countries
- experience working with suppliers, contacts of verified suppliers with high-quality consumables
- experience with Tier-1 GEO, building a high-quality and stable system
Additional
- Experience managing a farm team for at least 1 year
- Or a senior farmer with a scale of 30-50+ accounts per week
- Experience in process automation, setting and monitoring the execution of tasks by farmers
Conditions
- Fixed rate + percentage of farm volume
