Lemana PRO (Leroy Merlin) is looking for a Business Data Partner.
The role's objective is to create competitive advantages for the company through data-driven strategies, end-to-end analytics management, and the implementation of ML solutions that strengthen key business value chains and directly impact profit and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a data strategy jointly with business leaders, aligned with business goals.
- Analyze business processes to identify optimization points, propose initiatives considering risk analysis, potential costs, and calculated implementation effect.
- Build transparent interaction processes with vertical/horizontal leaders and assist in decision-making based on data, forecasts, and scenario modeling.
- Develop a culture of data-driven business decision-making.
- Ensure data availability and relevance, calculate the economics of implementing analytical solutions and ML products, including evaluating product Return on Investment (ROI).
- Monitor the achievement of KPIs and other key performance indicators of operational business processes strengthened by data solutions and influencing business process metrics (CAC, LTV, Retention Rate).
- Present and defend proposals for implementing data products and AI technologies to management.
- Form a backlog of analytical research and pilot projects to test the effects of solutions.
- Manage the data team, helping them grow and develop.
Requirements:
- From 3 years of experience in roles such as: Head of Data Products \ Head of Analytics \ Data Partner in retail \ e-commerce with knowledge of business platforms: sales, assortment management, online, logistics.
- Experience and knowledge of data management standards, understanding of the data lifecycle, data validation standards, and model building.
- Ability to analyze user experience data, proficiency in metrics for evaluating product effectiveness (KPI, LTV, CAC, ROI).
- Knowledge of BI tools, their functional capabilities, limitations, and optimal application scenarios.
- Knowledge of the ML model productization process, ML Ops, and model support in production.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of mathematical statistics, A/B testing process, and economic modeling basics.
- Team management skills, development of key specialists, formation of a talent pool.
