ABOUT US: We are developing a mobile 3D shooter about World War I — WELTKRIEG 1: Firestorm.
TASKS: • Communicate with players on Discord, Telegram, and other social networks. • Answer user questions and help resolve emerging issues. • Forward bug reports and feedback to developers. • Monitor the community atmosphere and maintain friendly communication. • Help publish project news, announcements, and updates. • Participate in the organization of in-game events, contests, and community activities. • Help moderate the Russian-speaking and English-speaking community.
REQUIREMENTS: • Good knowledge of the Russian language and confident English (B2+). • Fluent written communication. • Ability to communicate calmly and politely with people. • Love for games and a desire to develop in the gaming industry. • Responsibility, attentiveness, and initiative. • Willingness to quickly learn new tasks Will be a plus: • Experience with Discord, Telegram, or gaming communities. • Experience in customer support or Community Management. • Understanding of the FPS genre and mobile games. • Knowledge of additional languages.
