We are looking for a VIP Manager IT/DE/PL(iGaming)
A group of companies actively developing in several directions of digital technologies. We are creating cool international projects in various fields: iGaming, FinTech, AdTech, and Affiliate Marketing. You will easily find your place in the team and be able to prove yourself.
📌 Location: Cyprus (full relocation package provided)
What will you be doing?
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with VIP players, acting as their main and single point of contact.
- Personalized Service: Providing individual support and maintaining communication through various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, live chat).
- Player Retention: Developing and implementing retention strategies to maximize player Lifetime Value (LTV) and reduce churn.
- Exclusive Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborating with marketing and product teams to create exclusive offers, promotions, and events for VIP clients.
- Hospitality and Events: Organizing and overseeing VIP hospitality initiatives, including sending physical gifts, hosting special events, and providing unique experiences to strengthen loyalty.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking, analyzing, and preparing reports on VIP player activity, providing insights and recommendations to management.
What are we looking for?
- Experience as a VIP Account Manager, preferably in iGaming, online entertainment, or other industries focused on premium customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to quickly build trust and rapport.
- Sales and negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to analyze player data and behavior to identify new engagement and growth opportunities.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to successfully work in a dynamic, competitive environment.
- Fluent in German/Italian/Polish and English languages (knowledge of additional languages is often a big advantage).
