HEAD OF VIP

Who we are looking for:
- iGaming experience of 2+ years, with at least 1 year in a management position.
- Practical experience in managing VIP operations and a team of VIP managers.
- Deep understanding of the VIP player lifecycle, principles of VIP management, and high-value client retention.
- Experience in developing and optimizing bonus programs, promotions, and personalized offers.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with CRM, BI systems, and analytics tools.
- Skills in player segmentation, behavior prediction, and key metric analysis.
- Experience in managing the VIP department budget, calculating ROI, and controlling costs.
- Team management skills: goal setting, employee development, performance monitoring.
- Understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and customer service principles.
- Understanding of AML, KYC, GDPR requirements.
- English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
What you will be doing:
- Managing and developing the VIP Management department.
- Leading a team of VIP managers: assigning tasks, developing employees, conducting 1:1s, monitoring work quality, and achieving KPIs.
- Developing a strategy for VIP player retention and growth.
- Building and improving VIP management processes.
- Developing and optimizing bonus programs, personalized offers, and loyalty programs.
- Monitoring the quality of VIP player service and developing customer service.
- Analyzing player behavior, segmenting the client base, and predicting activity.
- Monitoring key business metrics for the department (Retention, GGR, NGR, ARPU, LTV, ROI, etc.).
- Managing the VIP programs budget and evaluating initiative effectiveness.
- Identifying churn risks and developing player retention strategies.
- Preparing analytical reports and presenting results to management.
- Interacting with CRM, Product, Marketing, Payments, Risk, and other teams to develop the VIP department.
