We are actively developing, so we are currently looking for a super attentive and organized Legal Document Workflow Specialist to join the team of our finance and legal guru.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH:
Contractual Work
- preparation of contracts, addenda, acceptance certificates, and other documents based on approved templates
- making edits to standard document forms
- preparation of simple contracts as instructed by the lawyer.
Project Document Workflow Support
- participation in project implementation Telegram chats
- interaction with managers, the lawyer, and the accounting department on document flow issues
- coordination of document workflow for projects: tracking signing, exchange, and return of originals, adherence to deadlines, and completeness of documents.
Payment and Closing Document Support
- interaction with the accounting department on payment and closing document issues
- sending payment orders to managers
- collection, verification, and submission of closing documents.
Archive and Document Storage
- organization of the paper archive in the office
- distribution of original documents into folders
- maintaining an up-to-date and clear storage structure
- ensuring the preservation of original documents.
Administrative Support
- organization of mail dispatch and receipt
- preparation of document packages, scans, and copies for transfer
- handing over documents for signature to the supervisor.
Working with Internal Systems
- maintaining the platform for working with self-employed individuals "Konsol.Pro"
- entering and updating data in the Adesk system.
WHAT SKILLS YOU POSSESS:
- you have worked in a similar or related role: legal assistant, document workflow specialist, assistant, document workflow coordinator, executive assistant
- attentiveness, accuracy, and systematic approach to document work
- understanding of the basic structure of contractual documents
- ability to independently prepare a simple contract using a template
- ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously without loss of quality
- interest in the legal field and a desire to develop in it.

- systemization, attention to detail, and careful work with documents
- ability to establish order in processes, control document flow, and bring tasks to completion — from document preparation and signing to payment support and archive management.
