What you will be doing:
- Organization and management of the document flow process in the company.
- Development and implementation of document flow standards and procedures, including for electronic documents.
- Control of compliance with legislation in the field of document flow and archiving.
- Organization of effective interaction with other company departments for timely and correct documentation processing.
- Ensuring the preservation of documents and their accessibility for employees.
- Conducting document audits and controlling their relevance.
- Training employees on proper documentation processing and handling.
- Preparation of reports for company management on the current state of document flow and task completion.
- Interaction with courier companies for sending and receiving documents and parcels, controlling delivery times and quality.
- Participation in meetings, minute-taking, preparation of materials for discussions, and tracking task completion following meetings.
What is important for this position:
- Higher education, preferably in management, law, information technology, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in document flow management.
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts governing document flow and archival affairs.
- Experience using electronic document management systems (1C Document Management).
- Experience interacting with courier services and organizing document delivery.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information and ensure its systematization.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Experience in taking meeting minutes and working with meeting documentation.
