We are looking for a candidate for the position of Secretary.

Responsibilities:

• Office operational support: ordering stationery, water, tea, coffee, household supplies; working with courier services and postal services; monitoring office cleanliness and the work of cleaning staff;
• Ensuring the company's document flow;
• Welcoming office guests (serving tea/coffee);
• Monitoring parking schedule;
• Ordering passes for entry to the business park territory;
• Fulfilling the manager's instructions;
• Preparing meeting rooms for conferences.

What we would like to see in a candidate:

• Higher education / incomplete higher education;
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year will be your advantage;
• Proficient user of MS Office;
• Fluent oral and written communication skills;
• Skills in operating office equipment;
• Attentiveness, responsibility, communication skills, friendliness, willingness to learn and develop.

• Work schedule – 5/2, 9:30-18:30 or 10:00-19:00;
