We are looking for experienced product designers who want to explore and identify user and business needs, influence the product and shape its vision on equal footing with the product team.
Tasks:
- Develop product solutions and defend them to the team
- Create and improve user scenarios and features
- Conduct full design reviews of functionality before release
- Apply UX research to design the best outcomes
- Interact not only with your own product team but also with others
- Communicate with product managers, developers, testers, analysts, UX editors, and business representatives
Requirements:
- You have 2+ years of experience in product design
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and easily switch between tasks of different scales
- You can analyze user experience and, based on the analysis, propose, defend, and implement improvements
- You know and understand product metrics
- You understand and can apply product approaches to design
- You possess creative and systemic thinking
- You are able to listen to and hear project participants, and know how to find common ground with them
- You have your own opinion and can reasonably defend it
