Senior Product Analyst in Buyers Experience
You will use data to improve and optimize our products and services, influencing user satisfaction and loyalty.
The Buyers Experience team is responsible for the entire user journey - from the start of a session to order fulfillment. What information to highlight on a product card, which items to suggest for additional purchase in the cart, how to simplify checkout for people who have never ordered online? You will answer these and many other questions together with the entire Buyers Experience product team.
Our goal is to change customers' perception from "this is a confusing and complicated site, I'd rather buy at the market" to "bought in the app in two clicks, now recommending it to everyone".
The main areas of work are increasing conversion metrics, Retention, analyzing CJM, and user segmentation.
