📍 Samara | Main segment - industrial real estate (production and warehouse property complexes)

We offer: — salary from 300,000 RUB + % of the deal; — office at the address: Samara, ul. Tovarnaya 56 — work schedule 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 — probation period of 3 months; — employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; — travel-based work (fuel compensation) — we also consider candidates from other regions, relocation to Samara with a relocation package: travel expenses are paid, company housing is provided.

Requirements for applicants' experience and education: — Higher education (preferably in economics, management, or real estate) — Work experience in industrial real estate rental from 6 years — Experience in commercial real estate sales will be a plus — Knowledge of the industrial real estate market — Successful cases of attracting major tenants — Experience interacting with production enterprises
