Operations Director (Real Estate Management) at GOOD-FOOD nut and dried fruit importer

Nut and dried fruit importer GOOD-FOOD is looking for an Operations Director (Real Estate Management).

Responsibilities:

Management of financial and economic activities, including:

Lease Management (warehouse real estate):

• Interaction with tenants, organization and resolution of all issues related to tenant operations;
• Control of timely indexation and extension of current lease agreements, minimization of accounts receivable under contracts;
• Control over the fulfillment of lease agreement terms by tenants.

Operations Management:

• Organization and control of the operations department's work;
• Preparation of technical specifications for repair work, conducting tenders and negotiations for work execution, concluding contracts;
• Control of contractor timelines and quality of work, ensuring document flow;
• Interaction with regulatory bodies - Administration, EMERCOM, IFNS, ATI;
• Control of operating expenses and their optimization, increasing property profitability through reasonable reduction of operating expenses;
• Improvement of financial efficiency.

Requirements:

• Higher professional education (technical, civil engineering, real estate management);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar job responsibilities;
• Experience as an Operations/Executive/General Director in warehouse/industrial real estate management is mandatory;
• Developed management skills, experience managing a team of 50+ people;
• Attention to detail, desire to independently delve into each issue.

Conditions:
