Sales / Business Development Manager Required

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who already has experience working with payment services, banks, processors, crypto B2B products, and has worked with one of the target audiences. It is very important to already have established connections, contacts, and partnerships.

Billions.works offers payment acceptance in stablecoins with instant settlement to the merchant's IBAN. We have both a payment acceptance product and the ability to issue personalized IBANs in USD, EUR, and AED. We operate under a Canadian Money Service Business license and focus on low-risk clients.

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Outbound prospecting in Apollo ai / LinkedIn Sales Navigator according to the agreed ICP; ▫️Managing the full deal cycle from initial contact to contract signing; ▫️Work in CRM; ▫️Interaction with the compliance team during merchant onboarding; ▫️Account management for the first 3 months after onboarding; ▫️Regular reporting on the pipeline.

▪️Important: We are looking for someone who knows how to handle long deals with multiple stakeholders on the client's side, systematically works with the pipeline, and closes deals. A Regional Director position is possible with relevant experience.

▪️Must-have: ▫️B2B sales experience 3+ years ▫️Experience in payments / fintech / crypto (NOT web3) ▫️English C1, fluent conversational ▫️Experience closing deals from $50k ACV. ▫️Excellent negotiation and communication skills ▫️Fluent oral and written speech ▫️Ability to find a pretext and establish contact with anyone

▪️Conditions: ▫️Base salary: from 1,000 USD to 5,000, depending on experience and existing contact base. Paid 2 times a month; ▫️Bonus: N% of revenue from the client for 12 months. Paid 1 time a month. ▫️Annual paid vacation — 30 calendar days; ▫️Remote work format; ▫️Probationary period - 3 months.
