🚀 Algonova is looking for an Advertising Analytics & Meta Ads Tracking Specialist. Algonova is an international EdTech company. For 10 years, we’ve been helping children develop 21st-century skills across 90+ countries. Every year, 700,000 students use our products.

We’re looking for a Middle+ specialist to take ownership of Meta Ads tracking and make the entire user journey transparent — from the first ad click to a CRM lead, deal, and payment.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API is a must for this role.

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end tracking: Meta Ads → website → Pixel/CAPI → CRM → deal → payment
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Datasets, Events, and Conversions API
• Work with attribution, UTMs, click IDs, and event deduplication between Pixel and CAPI
• Identify and resolve data loss and discrepancies across ad platforms, the website, and CRM
• Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and n8n, and assess their impact on business metrics

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience specifically with Meta Ads tracking, including Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversions API
• A solid understanding of attribution, event deduplication, and end-to-end tracking
• Experience implementing and debugging both client-side and server-side tracking
• The ability to independently diagnose issues and understand how tracking quality affects advertising and business results
• Russian at B2 level and English at B1+ level

Nice to have:

• Google Ads and GA4
• Server-side tracking
• Experience with amoCRM/Kommo and n8n
• SQL, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with other advertising platforms
