Key Tasks: — Develop a training and development strategy — Launch programs for mass personnel, line managers, and personnel reserve — Implement 360° evaluation and assessment centers — Integrate training into the Performance Review cycle — Manage the internal communications department (portal, awards, merchandise, events)
Requirements: — Experience in creating a Corporate University / L&D in a company of 5,000+ people. — Budgets in millions of rubles/year are mandatory — Experience in a diversified business Management experience (team of 5+ people)
