Remote vacancy.
Rent of electric scooters service Yurent (MTS) invites a Product Manager to join the Payments and Monetization department.
The product department creates products for users and employees. Here, they design and draw application interfaces, and implement new functionality so that the user receives the best service on the market.
What part of the product you will be responsible for:
- The product team is responsible for everything related to money: linking payment methods, accepting payments and trip pricing, subscriptions, additional services, check integrations, etc.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the team's product backlog, prioritize it, develop product initiatives, generate hypotheses, and test them;
- Set well-prepared tasks for development, analytics, and design teams;
- Research the market and audience;
- Work with data and look for opportunities for product development;
- Develop a product strategy and set long-term goals for your team;
- Organize effective interaction within the team: establish communication between developers, product designers, and participants of other teams;
- Communicate within the company on the results and plans of the team's work, interact with stakeholders, share best work practices;
- Write and update product documentation.
You are the ideal candidate if:
- You have 3+ years of experience with large-scale products;
- You are well-versed in product metrics: ARPPU, LTV, etc. You know how to make data-driven decisions (and you don't flinch at the thought of having to peer into analytics system charts to find the cause of a problem in your product);
- You can identify a fairly large audience, determine their needs, and create a suitable product;
- You know how to work with moderate bureaucracy, use clear language, and concisely describe requirements for development, design, and analytics teams (and tasks without descriptions annoy you, and you won't rest until every section of the User Story is described as it should be);
- You interact with adjacent teams to clarify important details about the product (e.g., with support, legal, finance teams, etc.);
- You can plan for 3–6 months. You can create a product change roadmap for a quarter or half a year;
- You have strong communication skills and articulate speech. You will have to communicate a lot, and it should come easily to you;
- It will be a plus if you have experience with subscriptions, acquiring, or integrating payment solutions. This will help you quickly get up to speed.
