Senior Project Manager for Internship Programs
About the team:
Our team oversees the entire hiring process for young specialists who are taking their first steps in their careers, offering them internships with us, and then permanent positions. We work extensively with universities to ensure more students learn about the opportunities available at Avito. We are looking for a talented project manager who understands recruitment, knows the intern audience, and is ready to tackle big challenges alongside a team of dedicated individuals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and expanding youth recruitment programs by launching internships for those who want to start their career with us;
- Overseeing the entire intern recruitment cycle for your projects: from promotion launch to hiring;
- Participating in the launch and implementation of projects within the intern recruitment team to better showcase our brand;
- Improving the internship candidate experience, starting from the very first interaction with us;
- Creating and optimizing business processes that are comfortable and mutually beneficial for business, recruitment, contractors, and the intern recruitment team;
- Collaborating with the manager to define the strategy for the intern recruitment direction;
- Analyzing the effectiveness of tools and implementing new formats for audience engagement, increasing reach and involvement.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in project management;
- Has successful experience in projects related to youth, education, employer branding, and other HR areas;
- Can effectively work in cross-functional teams and manage processes with multiple stakeholders;
- Can make decisions in rapidly changing environments;
- Is proactive, can multitask, is independent, and is open to new experiences.
