Head of Payments

Cyprus | Full-time**

We are looking for a Head of Payments with strong experience in B2C subscription payments.

Role Focus: Development of payment infrastructure, optimization of billing and revenue growth through improvement of approval / renewal / recovery rates.

Important:

• 5+ years in payments / acquiring / billing / payment operations;
• mandatory experience with B2C subscriptions;
• experience with initial charges, renewals, retries, dunning, failed payment recovery;
• experience with multi-PSP / multi-acquirer infrastructure;
• understanding of fraud, chargebacks, disputes;
• team management experience;
• English Upper-Intermediate+.

Tasks:

• end-to-end ownership of the payment function;
• optimization of subscription billing; development of routing, orchestration, cascading, MID strategy;
• management of PSP / acquirers;
• control of payment economics and risk.
