🎯 About the role We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will build a growth function from scratch and be responsible for finding and scaling growth channels for AI products.
⚡️ Responsibilities • Develop and implement a growth strategy • Launch and scale acquisition channels • Work with marketing funnels and conversion • Test hypotheses and growth experiments • Analyze metrics (CAC, LTV, unit economics) • Use AI tools for marketing automation !!!
✅ Requirements • Experience in growth / performance / product marketing • Understanding of marketing funnels and channel scaling • Data-driven approach • Experience using AI tools !!! • High autonomy and strong execution • Experience in AI / SaaS / mobile / consumer products • Experience building a growth function from scratch
