🎯 About the role We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will build the growth function from scratch and be responsible for finding and scaling growth channels for AI products.
⚡️ Responsibilities • develop and implement growth strategy • launch and scale acquisition channels • work with marketing funnels and conversion • test hypotheses and growth experiments • analyze metrics (CAC, LTV, unit economics) • use AI tools for marketing automation
✅ Requirements • experience in growth / performance / product marketing • understanding of marketing funnels and channel scaling • data-driven approach • experience using AI tools • high autonomy and strong execution • experience in AI / SaaS / mobile / consumer products • experience building a growth function from scratch
