Vacancy: Growth Marketing Manager (AI-native) Company: Unimatch Lab | Remote Salary range: from $6k + bonuses + options

Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven Venture Studio from Silicon Valley. We build consumer AI products, LLM clusters, AI infrastructure, and distributed computing. We are looking for a builder-owner to build the growth function from scratch and launch the growth of 2-3 AI products in parallel.

What needs to be done

• Manage 2-3 mobile/web products in tandem with product managers • Launch acquisition channels and bring them to unit economics • Set up measurement from scratch (events, tracking, attribution, dashboards) • Work with the full funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → monetization • Manage performance (Meta, Google), test creatives and hypotheses • Do ASO and improve CVR of store pages • Launch SEO / GEO / partnerships • Integrate AI and automation into marketing (scripts, no-code, API) • Formulate a studio-wide growth playbook

Who we are looking for

• 7+ years in growth/performance/product marketing • Mobile B2C, international markets (USA / EMEA) • Proven growth through metrics (CAC, LTV, payback, ROMI) • Strong analytics and cohort analysis • Mandatory ASO experience • Marketing automation experience • English C1+

Experience with AI products and cases where automation reduced CAC or accelerated the experiment cycle will be a plus.

Full-time, remote, synchronization based on CET. Direct interaction with founders and real ownership.
