EuroObuv LLC is a federal company that includes sales on marketplaces (Wildberries, Ozon, Lamoda), the online store eobuv.ru, and a retail chain of stores selling footwear and accessories from European manufacturers (over 45 stores across the Russian Federation). Founded in 2010.

Company Goal – to open 300 stores by 2030.

Due to an employee's resignation, EuroObuv is seeking a Head of IT and Automation. We are a federal company (over 45 stores across the RF, marketplaces, website, wholesale, and franchising), which means we employ the most modern business management approaches, and working with us is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience for any employee level.

Role Objective: a well-equipped and automated workspace that helps employees achieve maximum results.

The company is seriously investing in automation: we have our own AI assistants. They respond to customers on Wildberries, call clients, prepare reports for managers, and monitor violations in stores. This is not a presentation; it works every day. You won't have to prove that automation is needed – that issue has already been resolved here.

Responsibilities:

• Store network and hardware. Setting up new locations turnkey: assembling and preparing equipment.
• 1C UT 11. Integrations, data exchanges, extensions, defect analysis, data access.
• Bitrix24. Portal for 125 employees: chats, permissions, bots, open lines.
• WMS, Power BI, telephony. Warehouse management system, reporting, call recording and analysis.
• Marketplaces. Data exchange with Wildberries and Lamoda, inventory and order uploads.
• AI assistants. The company is implementing its own bots – they operate on 1C, Bitrix24, and the cloud.
• Technical support for 43 stores in over seven regions: from Crimea and Krasnodar to Astrakhan.

Requirements:

• 1C (UT or Retail) at the level of task setting and exchange analysis – coding is not required;
• store networks and equipment: routers, cash registers, video surveillance, communication channels;
• experience managing at least a small team;
• willingness to travel within the region – new locations are opened regularly.
• Will be a plus: experience in retail or food service, "Chestny Znak" (Honest Sign) labeling, Bitrix24, WMS.
