We are looking for an EDI department head. We need not just an executor, but a leader who understands EDI both as a product and as a business process! A leader who can refine the ready-made SABY solution for client tasks and has practical programming experience in 1C.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the development of the EDI department and ensure high-quality client connection to electronic document management with retailers and suppliers.
- Refine the ready-made SABY solution for the business processes of suppliers and retailers: consider document exchange requirements, integration specifics, approval workflows, and client operational specifics.
- Organize and control client onboarding to EDI: from needs analysis to document exchange launch.
- Understand the business processes of suppliers and retailers, help the team find optimal solutions for the client.
- Participate in complex implementations, analyze non-standard situations, assist in setting up integrations and exchanges.
- Lead a team of employees for setting up the integration solution: distribute tasks, monitor deadlines, assist in troubleshooting complex connections, and ensure the quality of completed refinements.
- Interact with clients, internal departments, developers, and implementation specialists.
- Analyze current department processes and propose improvements to enhance the quality, speed, and efficiency of onboarding.
We expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience with EDI and an understanding of electronic document exchange between suppliers and retailers.
- Knowledge of supplier and network operational processes: orders, shipments, UTD (universal transfer document), invoices, adjustments, document statuses.
- Experience in setting up EDI exchange and understanding integration logic.
- Ability to program and refine solutions in 1C.
- Understanding how to adapt a ready-made solution to the requirements of a specific client without disrupting the product logic.
- Client-facing experience and the ability to translate business tasks into understandable technical solutions.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team or group of specialists in setting up integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, make decisions, and bring tasks to completion.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in refining or implementing SABY solutions.
- Experience implementing EDI for large clients, retail chains, or suppliers.
- Understanding of electronic document formats and exchange routes.
- Experience in describing requirements, setting tasks for developers, and monitoring results.
- Experience in optimizing implementation or client support processes.
