Project Description: Goal: To ensure the stable operation, administration, and development of external systems used in the company (Kontur, EGAIS, Chestny Znak, Mercury, etc.), including user support, incident management, change implementation, and continuous process improvement.
🩷What we expect from you: • Experience in supporting/administering external B2B systems or integration services. • Experience working in 2nd-3rd line support, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents. • Experience working with at least 2-3 systems: Kontur (Diadoc/EDI/Extern), EGAIS, Chestny Znak, Mercury. • Understanding of EDI, Electronic Document Flow (EDO), Electronic Digital Signature (EDS)/Mandatory Digital Document (MCD) and integration principles (API, exchange with ERP/accounting systems). • Experience interacting with vendors and contractors, supporting implementations. • Experience working with backlogs, task prioritization, and ITSM/Service Desk. • Incident diagnosis skills: logs, message tracing, error cause finding. • Ability to document processes and prepare user instructions. • Systems thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to interact clearly with the business.
