• Metric ownership track record. You've personally owned and moved a retention, engagement, or monetization KPI, directly influencing P&L
• Shipping velocity as a habit. 2+ years of delivering product updates in a lean / agile fashion, ideally with a systematic weekly or biweekly cadence
• Meta-mechanics experience. You've designed and iterated on several of: streaks, quests, tournaments, leaderboards, progress systems, loyalty programs, social features, or push/notification optimization
• Data fluency. You design experiments with clear hypotheses and kill criteria, and can make a case-based choice between A/B testing and post-analytics
• Upper-intermediate English and Russian
