Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of the company's growth strategy. • Scaling the business and managing P&L. • Developing the operational model (logistics, dark store, procurement). • Improving process efficiency and customer experience. • Developing digital products and the management team. • Interaction with key stakeholders.
We are looking for you if: • You have CEO / Managing Director / General Manager experience of 5+ years. • You have overall management experience of 10+ years. • You have experience in e-commerce, e-grocery, retail, or logistics. • You have successfully scaled businesses and managed P&L. • You use a data-driven approach and know how to build strong teams.
