Your tasks:
- Development, implementation, and control of social media strategies for Novikov Group restaurants in partnership with the marketing team;
- Content management: creation, approval, and posting of content, profile design. Development and improvement of monthly content plans;
- Project management and production: organization and execution of image photo/video shoots for publications, independent shooting of photo and video content as needed;
- Analytics: evaluation of the effectiveness of tools, sections, creatives, and mechanics for promotion, writing reports;
- Control of the company's online reputation (reviews, handling negative feedback);
- Idea generation: continuous generation of ideas at the intersection of trends and premium products.
What's important for success:
- SMM/Content work experience of 3+ years, with at least two years in a leadership position;
- Portfolio of implemented projects with notable results;
- Deep understanding of the restaurant market and digital marketing, broad awareness and understanding of trends in the premium segment;
- Team management skills, developed sense of taste, and creativity;
- Development and implementation of SMM strategies for the holding's restaurant projects;
- Formation of content strategy;
- Regular monitoring of strategy execution;
- Excellent communication skills, fluent oral and written Russian;
- Autonomy and responsibility: readiness to take responsibility and bring tasks to successful completion without external control;
- Knowledge of visual identity trends;
- Experience working with contractors, bloggers, influencers;
- Higher education (preferably in a related field: marketing, PR, journalism, art and design).
