Post-Order User Experience Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead work on the post-order customer experience backlog.
Your responsibilities will include:
The backlog takes into account the specifics of both the Russian Federation and other countries where the company operates.
Team Management You will independently lead two cross-functional development teams and, together with a manager who will be your direct report, manage a third team.
User Interaction with the Service You will be responsible for order tracking and statuses, order history, the review system, the order cancellation process, entry points for support, and address flows.
Accounting for International Specifics It will be necessary to consider the specifics of the service's operation in the Russian Federation and other countries where the company operates.
