Responsibilities
- Designing absolutely new products for the Fund (previously non-existent within the Fund). Some of them require knowledge of the Stock Market;
- Managing the full product launch cycle, interacting with Group teams on project implementation;
- Building profit testing models to assess product marginality;
- Analyzing product data, taking timely measures upon identifying non-standard trends;
- Assessing the economic rationale for conducting marketing campaigns and client communications;
- Underwriting the Fund's corporate programs;
- Preparing regulatory and reference documentation for the Fund's products.
Requirements
- Higher education in Mathematics/Economics;
- Experience as a Product Leader for at least 3 years;
- Experience working with financial products for at least 2 years;
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of the stock market;
- Confident analytical skills;
- Exceptional independence and initiative, ability to work towards results in a multitasking environment;
- Systematic thinking and ability to find non-standard solutions;
- Confident command of product data analytics;
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies, understanding of their practical application in project work.
