UX Researcher \ Analyst

We are looking for an independent UX researcher who will help product teams with hypothesis testing, user research, and finding insights.

You can work in any of our three offices: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod.

What you will do:

— Plan, organize, and conduct in-depth interviews, moderated and unmoderated interface tests, surveys, and other types of research, including creating screening questionnaires and participating in the organization of respondent recruitment. — Share the obtained information with product teams, managers, and UX department employees. — Oversee research conducted by product teams independently. — Consult with product managers, designers, editors, and help them with research design, recruitment, and interpretation of results. — Collect, organize, and process feedback from various sources. — Work with outsourcing agencies. — Develop a UX research culture within the teams (train product managers and UX specialists in methodologies).

We expect you to:

— Have at least two years of experience as a UX researcher. — Be able to generate and test hypotheses within the framework of research. — Be able to translate data collected from research into practical recommendations. — Have experience with tools for conducting unmoderated research. — Be familiar with JTBD, CJM, CustDev. — Be easy to approach and not afraid to communicate with strangers. — Be able to present research results clearly and concisely. — Think critically.
