What you will do

• Setting up, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns according to set KPIs;
• Generating new scaling hypotheses and testing them;
• Building an analytics system together with the product team;
• Participating in idea generation when creating new concepts. Setting technical specifications for design;
• Working with analytics services, spy services, and competitive analysis;
• Being part of a team where transparency, responsibility, and adequacy are valued.

You are a good fit for us if:

• You have over 3 years of experience in mobile app promotion;
• You understand that AI is your tool for increasing efficiency and actively use it in your work;
• You know the difference between IAA and IAP monetization;
• You understand how to automate reporting;
• You are punctual, honest, and passionate about your work;
• You want to create a cool product, not just complete tasks.
• You have successful experience in integrating, launching, and scaling campaigns in Google Ads, Meta (AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, Moloco);
• You have managed budgets of $100k+ per month;
• You have strong data analysis skills. You know what attribution is and understand the principles of MMP operation (AppsFlyer, Tenjin, GA4, MetaBase/Tableau/Redash).

Conditions

Remote work with flexibility

We are a distributed team: HQ in the UAE, but we work from different parts of the world. The main thing is the result, not the location.

Flexible schedule

Orientation: from 10:00 to 19:00 GMT+3, but we don't watch the clock. The main thing is engagement, dedication, and results.

Full-time

We believe that real magic happens when a person is fully immersed in the product. Therefore, working on side projects is not our format.

Money

The compensation level is discussed individually — we are guided by market rates.

Minimum calls, maximum efficiency

Short daily stand-ups in the morning, and planning and retrospectives only at key moments of the sprint.
