A bio-pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca is looking for a Finance Business Partner to support and take responsibility for the financial performance of several business units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and control processes: reporting, analysis, and control of the unit's financial performance (monthly reporting, product and channel analysis, cost, discount, and profit control)
- Short-term and long-term planning to ensure alignment with global and local business strategies
- Present the business plan to senior management
- Communicate with senior management on financial matters
- Forecast sales and supplies by channel and product in accordance with the S&OP process
- Support business development projects
- Build and develop business processes
Key Requirements:
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, or related fields
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Knowledge of IFRS; professional qualification such as ACCA, BCA, or CPA will be an advantage
- Experience in sales, planning, and profit management
- Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage
- Experience with SAP
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- High level of responsibility, good communication skills, strong analytical abilities, presentation skills, independence
