• Have at least 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Have at least 3 years of experience managing and growing software engineering teams.
• Strong background in application or platform engineering, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Experience leading teams that integrate AI or ML-powered capabilities into production systems.
• Comfort operating at the intersection of product, platform, and data science teams.
• Strong technical judgment across system design, APIs, distributed systems, and developer workflows.
• Experience working with modern backend and frontend stacks.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make pragmatic trade-offs, and drive execution across multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical work with business and product goals.

Other details

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $156,000 - $242,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. The total compensation package includes variable pay, equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
