The educational integrator Enlightenment is looking for a Content Lead.
The Content Lead is responsible for developing and implementing a unified company content strategy that ensures the achievement of business goals and enhances the value of educational products for the audience. The goal is to build systematic management of content creation, quality, and effectiveness at all stages of the user journey.
The candidate will be tasked with the following:
- Developing and implementing an overall content strategy in line with company goals
- Managing the content of educational programs: planning, creation, updating, and ensuring the relevance of materials
- Forming and developing unified standards for educational content for the company's digital products: methodological requirements, quality criteria, material structure, tone of voice, and performance evaluation system
- Leading the creation of educational products: courses, webinars, and other formats for teachers, schoolchildren, and parents
- Building a system for mass production (content factory) of methodological materials for teachers, ensuring high quality and scalability of processes
- Analyzing content effectiveness and making decisions based on key metrics
- Interacting with marketing, product, sales, and experts to ensure content meets business and audience needs
Candidate expectations:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing the development and implementation of educational content
- Understanding of the full cycle of educational content production and metrics
- Practical experience in developing and implementing a content standards system: creation, documentation, and updating of a unified editorial policy, methodological requirements, and content quality criteria
- Confident management of budgets, financial planning, and cost estimation defense
- Experience in preparing and presenting analytical reports on content effectiveness on a regular basis
- Experience in building content production processes and team management
- Confident command of tools for analyzing the effectiveness of educational content and understanding key metrics
