Rambler&Co media holding is seeking an Editor-in-Chief for the "Career" vertical on the Rambler portal.

"Rambler" is Russia's first LLM portal, utilizing artificial intelligence for user interaction with content. It ranks among the top 10 most viral Russian-language media resources (Brand Analytics, 2025). It combines a news aggregator, entertainment and thematic media, useful life mini-services, and email. Its monthly audience numbers in the tens of millions of users.

They are looking for an editor-in-chief for the thematic "Career" vertical, which helps readers find good jobs, advance their careers, and interact effectively with employers and colleagues. Topics include: job searching, career growth, productivity, career change, higher education, professional development, courses and training, and labor law.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 4 in-house authors
• Editing and maintaining a large volume of materials
• Managing content and production plans
• Participating in the overall planning of the portal's editorial team and representing the vertical in interactions with related departments
• Participating in the development of editorial policy, briefs, concepts, and guides
• Achieving KPIs for traffic and key user metrics

Candidate Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in media as a department head/editor-in-chief
• Experience in the relevant subject matter is a plus, but not required
• Ability to perfect others' texts in terms of structure, style, and substance
• Understanding of how audiences interact with media
• Ability to work with SEO and analytics
• Independence and initiative
• Ability to organize time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
