Partner Network Development Manager

Astana (remote) Company: Streamax Vacancy: Partner Network Development Manager Grade: Senior

Responsibilities: — Develop and maintain a network of integrator partners (goal — up to 10 key partners in the region) — Train partners on the product, help them build their project pipeline, act as a product pre-sales engineer — Develop end customers through partners: the sales cycle is long (from six months to 1–2 years), solutions are implemented through pilot zones — Participate in exhibitions, demonstrations, meetings with top executives of partner companies (business owners) — Interact with the manager in China and with the pre-sales engineer in English

Requirements: — Fluent spoken English (B2 minimum) — communication with the manager is 100% in English — B2B sales experience of 3+ years — Technical background: understanding what an IP address, HD/IP camera is, experience selling IT equipment — Willingness to actively travel to meetings, conduct negotiations with business owners

A plus would be knowledge of the commercial transport/fleet market in Kazakhstan

Conditions: — Salary: from $1500 (negotiable for strong candidates) + bonus for plan fulfillment — Salary review — based on plan fulfillment results — Growth prospects: with good results within 2–3 years — growth to a managerial position in the local office
