Head of Operations / COO (Fintech / PSP & Crypto)

Format: Full-time, Remote

Tasks: • Build and regulate the company's operational processes: areas of responsibility, inter-team interaction procedures (Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, Sales), and escalation chains. • Establish a regular management rhythm: conduct daily/weekly synchronization meetings, set and monitor the execution of KPIs/OKRs. • Control the stability of fund flow and payment operations in conjunction with the finance team: reconciliation, settlements with providers and merchants, crypto-fiat liquidity balancing, reserves, and payouts. • Ensure operational resilience: develop regulations for responding to acquiring failures, payout delays, provider restrictions, and incidents. • Implement dashboards, a system of end-to-end analytics, and reporting for timely identification of operational deviations. • Utilize AI tools and automation to reduce routine operations, generate regulations, and accelerate processes.

Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in managerial operational positions (Head of Operations, COO, Operations Director) in large PSPs, high-risk fintech, payment gateways, or crypto wallets. • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure: cards, IBAN, wallets, processing, working with high-risk merchants and payment providers. • Practical experience with cryptocurrency flows (crypto flows, stablecoins, crypto/fiat reconciliation). • Strong hands-on background: readiness to personally delve into details, write regulations, and establish execution control in the initial stage. • Experience in building goal-setting systems and metrics (KPI/OKR), ability to link operational indicators with business P&L. • Experience implementing AI tools and automation in operational activities. • English language — Upper-Intermediate / Fluent (working with international partners and team).

Conditions: Remuneration during the probationary period (2 months) in cryptocurrency (USDT); final terms and bonuses will be discussed upon completion of interviews. Employment through the company's legal entities (Cyprus, Poland, Spain). Real prospect of transitioning to the CEO position of the group based on the successful establishment of the operational framework.
