Chief Operations Officer

We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer - a partner to the founder, who will take over company management through a system and ensure achievement of goals at the organizational level.

This role is for those who can bring order to complex structures and build a business so that it works predictably and efficiently.

Area of Responsibility and Role

• Management of the company's operational model and its development
• Building a system of processes, roles, and metrics through which goals are achieved
• Translating strategy into specific goals, plans, and operational execution
• Developing OKR as a tool for company management
• Synchronizing teams and managing dependencies between functions
• Working with metrics and KPIs at the company-wide level
• Ensuring goal fulfillment and transparency of results

We expect that you

• Can structure complex tasks and turn them into clear systems
• Have worked with goal-setting and results management tools (including OKR)
• Have experience building processes and operational management
• Understand the specifics of digital businesses (media, affiliate, performance, SEO, or content-driven models)
• Feel confident both at the strategic level and in operational details
• Calmly make decisions under conditions of uncertainty and a large volume of information
