Airline Ticket Booking Manager

We are the Tutu support team. Our job is to help people in various situations: from simple advice to solving complex ticket issues. We don't just answer questions; we provide peace of mind and confidence in travel.

Who we are looking for:

We are currently seeking airline ticket booking managers with GDS Galileo knowledge. You will become a key specialist working with air tickets and assisting travelers in challenging situations.

What tasks will you be responsible for?

• Processing passenger requests for ticket modification, booking, exchange, or refund, as well as additional services (both calculation and transaction processing);
• Consulting and assisting clients in writing and by phone, and providing all necessary information related to their ticket: fare rules, route and travel specifics, services, etc.;
• Interacting with airlines and other partners in writing and by phone to resolve passenger issues.

You will join a large team of professionals (90+ people from all over the country). Work is carried out in all booking systems (Galileo, Sirena, NDC). This will give you unique market skills with opportunities for career growth within the company.

For remote work, you will need:

• A personal computer or laptop
• Windows operating system (version 10 or higher)
• A monitor of at least 15'6 inches, preferably two
• USB headset
• Camera for team meetings
• Stable high-speed internet from 60 mb/s

Work Schedule

Full remote work from any city. Schedule options: 1/3, 2/2
